Membership Cancelation Policies

  • For ALL cancelations regardless of your commitment level, we require notice 30 days prior to the 5th of the month. After the 5th of the month you are responsible for the payment of the following month.

  • Member can also transfer the current membership for FREE.

  • Membership must be in good financial status with no outstanding balance. If balance is owed, this must be cleared prior to cancelation.

  • Ways to Cancel:

  • If cancelation is due to a MOVE, please email proof to email address above.

  • If cancelation is medical please email MEDICAL NOTE for our records.

Freeze Policies

Membership Freeze Policies

  • All FREEZE requests must be received by management by the 15 of the month/

  • We DO NOT charge a FEE to Freeze, and for that reason we freeze for MEDICAL ONLY.

  • We DO NOT FREEZE FOR 1-3 MONTHS OF TRAVEL

  • 3+ Months of Travel with PROOF OF TRAVEL REUQIRED FOR FREEZE

  • We FREEZE for a MAXIMUM of 6 months unless otherwise noted by medical
